It’s fall now (not officially, but September doesn’t count as summer and we all know it), which means all I want to do is grab a glass of pumpkin spice anything, light a bunch of candles, and watch Halloween movies all day. Hocus Pocus is always at the top of my list, so whenever I feel like putting down the Halloween candy and getting in a workout, there’s no question it’ll be this incredible “I Put a Spell on You” cardio routine by choreographer and fitness instructor Joseph Corella.
The dance workout starts with a segment of Joseph teaching the moves without music, and his explanations help you get a grasp on the choreography before you try the whole number. This is a great option for beginners, but if you want to see the full choreography first, skip on ahead to time stamp 21:23 and watch Corella and his fellow “Sanderson Sisters” pull it off in full costumes and wigs! The workout features simple bodyweight moves like knee drives and plenty of dance moves to help you channel your inner Bette Midler.
