Sample Sales are open for business
From TheBox.com Website, guidelines are as follows:
''We're pleased to let you know that we are re-opening our shop in Hackney and we can't wait to welcome you back!
For the most part the shopping experience will be the same as before but we'll be taking the necessary safety measures to protect our staff and customers, which is our top priority.
This includes introducing time slots to limit the number of people visiting at once. You will need to book a time slot on the event pages and show your email confirmation when you arrive.
If you have not paid for your goods within 45 mins of your time slot beginning, you will be required to join the payment queue so that the shop floor can be cleared and sanitised for the next group. Only one person per booking can enter. If you’d like to shop with a friend or family member, they will have to book a ticket in their name.
We will be cleaning all touch points regularly. At the store entrance and at our tills there will be hand sanitising units for all staff and customers to use. We also ask that all staff and customers wear a face mask / shield whilst in the store.
As with all of our sales, coats and large bags will need to be checked into the cloakroom, so we advise to travel light.
Shopping baskets will be sanitised in between slots and we've installed protective screens at the tills and cloakroom desk. We encourage you to pay by card - if you have Apple Pay or Google Pay you can use contactless payment with no limit.
In line with the government guidelines our changing rooms will be closed until further notice.
As always, we have a final sale policy at all of our sample sales whereby we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
We would ask that if you are unwell, have a temperature or are vulnerable, that you do not attend our sales.
From THE BOX team, thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to welcome you to our store.''
