The moment we’ve all been waiting for has arrived: Rihanna’s Fenty Skin is finally here! After years that felt like decades, the Badgal is changing the game again with an inclusive, gender-neutral line of beauty products. Fenty Skin offers three hero items—Total Cleans’r Remove-It-All Cleanser, Fat Water Pore-Refining Toner Serum, and Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen—and ASAP Rocky, Lil Nas X, and supermodel Paloma Elsesser appear in the campaign to help usher in this new era of skincare.

“I wanted it to feel approachable, easy, and take the pressure off choosing a routine, so I created one for everyone,” Rihanna said in the official press release. Decision fatigue cured.
The vision for a skincare line came after years of feeling overwhelmed by the daily glut of new additions to the the market, Rihanna said. That, coupled with a very, very bad experience with a product that caused discoloration on her skin, made Fenty Skin an imperative.
Just like she made a wide range of shades in the beauty market the industry standard, Rihanna wants to revolutionize skincare, too. It all comes down to simplicity: three easy-to-use products, “the Fenty Skin Start’rs,” which cut your routine in half and can be used morning and night.
First up, meet Total Cleans’r Remove-It-All Cleanser, a makeup remover and a cleanser. The product promises to give your skin a squeaky-clean finish without stripping away its oils. “Washing your face is the most important step for good skin,” according to Rihanna. “I wanted to create a really deep cleanser that wouldn’t dry out your skin so you can use it every day and night.”
I’ve only just added the Cleans’r to my routine and I’m enjoying the tropical scent. (If you don’t like fragrance, I say skip it—it’s very potent!) It goes on gentle and lathers quickly with water. I’ve used it both with and without makeup, and it took a very intense face beat off in seconds. My skin feels fresh and clean after every use, and I never have the annoying makeup residue I’ve struggled with when using other cleansers.
And please welcome to the party Fat Water Pore Refining Toner Serum, a product Rihanna is obsessed with—her words not mine. This is another hybrid: half toner, half serum. The ingredient list is stacked to fight against discoloration and dark spots.
Three ingredients worth calling out:
- Niacinamide: The powerful form of vitamin B3, aka an anti-aging miracle worker, targets dark spots to even out skin tone.
- Barbados cherry: A vitamin C-packed superfood that also helps to brighten and even out skin tone.
- Witch Hazel water: This one is for all my oily girls out there! Reduces the production of oil in the skin to leave you glowing and poreless.
The last product is the Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen, a moisturizer and a sunscreen baked into one. (Take this as Rihanna’s friendly reminder: You need to be wearing sunscreen all the time!) This moisturizing sunscreen was created in a pink hue that works on all skin tones and also comes with refillable packaging in an effort to make the line even more eco-conscious.
