“It’s more important than ever to be and stay well and strong. Together, let’s reset, refocus and find clarity in what matters most.”
Earlier this year, Oprah Winfrey embarked on a wellness tour in partnership with WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers. Titled “2020 Vision,” the tour featured one-on-one conversations with celebrities like Michelle Obama, Jennifer Lopez and Lady Gaga, but was put on hold because of the coronavirus. Now, Oprah has announced that she’s taking the wellness tour virtual.
“In early 2020, I spent nine weeks travelling the country, talking to people about being well and staying focused. It was exhilarating. Then the pandemic hit and shook us all,” Winfrey said in a statement. “Now, it’s more important than ever to be and stay well and strong. Together, let’s reset, refocus and find clarity in what matters most.”
The free and interactive four-week event, titled “Oprah’s Your Life in Focus: A Vision Forward — Live Virtual Experience,” will take place every Saturday starting May 16 at 11am EST through June 6. The virtual event will feature 90-minute experiences hosted by Winfrey via Zoom, tackling topics like finding clarity during this challenging time, maintaining relationships while social distancing, and how to commit to a healthy lifestyle.
Each weekly live event on Oprah’s virtual wellness tour will include “lessons in wellness that are carrying Oprah through this moment; tools to activate your own story of transformation; engaging, interactive workbook exercises to help you find your healthiest life during these challenging times; and Oprah live in conversation with attendees and headline-makers at the forefront of wellness.”
Special guests will be announced soon, and viewers can join the virtual experiences by registering at ww.com/oprah.
