After weeks of teasing a top-secret project, Jennifer Lopez’s big announcement is finally here! The multi-talented star is officially launching her own beauty brand, J.Lo Beauty.
In true bronze goddess form, Lopez shared a sneak peek of the line with a post captioned “Sunset glow.” In the photo, the singer wears a full face of makeup with blush, bronzer, eyeshadow, and lip gloss.

Not much else is known about J.Lo Beauty. At the beginning of the month, Lopez told fans she was shooting a video for her secret project. “I’ve been shooting a video for the past two days, and I should be sleeping right now,” she says. “But I don’t know, maybe I’m excited to get back to the set.”
According to Page Six, Lopez filed the J.Lo Beauty trademark last December for cosmetics and skincare, including “moisturizers, cleansers, soaps, gels, lotions, serums, masks, and both face and body creams.”

The announcement follows one of J.Lo’s biggest beauty moments earlier this year, at the 2020 Super Bowl LIV halftime show. Viewers (and A-Rod) were entranced by Lopez’s bouncy hair and glamorous facebeat. After her performance, makeup artist Scott Barnes gave ELLE.com the exclusive on the stunning makeup look.
“My vibe for this was Versace supermodel, the ’90s,” he said. “It was very Peter Lindbergh shoots with the skirt, the leather, and the hats. And I was like, ‘OMG; this reminds me of Linda [Evangelista], it could be Christy [Turlington], and all of the girls.’ I wanted to give the nod to that, and that’s where the makeup inspiration came from.”
